Privacy Policy.

Golden Seam is a small product studio operating as a trading name. For any privacy-related question, write to tanyarofman@gmail.com.

This policy applies to the public website at golden-seam.com and any related subdomains. It does not apply to client-specific software we build for you, which is governed by a separate engagement agreement.

Information you give us. When you email us or book a call, you may share your name, email address, company, and a description of your project.

Automatic data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps, requested URL) for security, abuse prevention, and basic operations.

Analytics. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

We use a small number of vendors to operate the site and respond to inquiries. Each processes only the data it needs and under its own privacy terms:

• Calendly — scheduling discovery calls; collects your name, email, and the time you choose.
• Email provider — receiving and replying to your messages.
• Hosting / CDN — serving the website and keeping it secure.
• Video hosting — delivering the hero video on the homepage.

We use the data above to:

• respond to your inquiry and schedule introductory calls;
• prepare proposals and deliver agreed services;
• operate, secure, and improve the website;
• comply with legal obligations.

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent (when you contact us), the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request, our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and compliance with law.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with the processors listed above, when strictly required by law or a competent authority, or to protect our rights and safety.

Inquiry emails and call notes are kept for as long as necessary to answer you and for a reasonable business follow-up window. Server logs are kept for a short period sufficient for security and operations and are then rotated.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or, in the EU/EEA, with your local supervisory authority.

Some of our processors operate outside Israel and the EEA. When that happens, they do so under safeguards intended to provide an adequate level of protection (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We only use strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content (such as the hero video or a Calendly page you open) may set their own cookies under their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with a new “last updated” date.
