Terms of Use.

Golden Seam is a trading name for an independent product studio. The Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes and does not constitute a binding offer of services or pricing.

You may browse the Site for personal or business purposes. You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or harvest content at scale or in violation of robots directives;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or availability;
• infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property rights;
• use the Site for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

All content on the Site — including copy, design, graphics, brand marks, and code — is owned by Golden Seam or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. No license or right is granted to you other than to view the Site in your browser for personal or internal business reference.

Booking a discovery call (for example via Calendly) or sending an email is an invitation to talk and does not create a contract for services. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement (for example a Statement of Work) that we sign with you.

Any price ranges shown on the Site (for example in the FAQ) are indicative only, provided to give a rough sense of typical projects. They are not binding quotes. Actual pricing is confirmed in writing after a scoping call.

The Site contains links to third-party services such as Calendly. We do not control and are not responsible for those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, Golden Seam and the people who work with us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold Golden Seam harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts located in Tel Aviv–Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms.
